September 24'
What we have been doing
September flew by with our wedding toward the end of the month and all the last-minute prep that came with it. The wedding was everything we could have hoped for- perfect weather and so much fun seeing all of our favorite people. Now that it's behind us, we're officially ready for cold weather and fall vibes. After our wedding, we spent a couple of days in Tahoe before coming back to reality a few days ago.
What we have been loving
Although it may seem obvious, coming from the Bay Area—where the seasonal shifts are subtle— I've recently realized just how much the changing seasons influence my design inspiration month to month now that we see more dramatic weather shifts.
For the home- loving all the cozy warm tones, vintage inspired floral patterns, and plaster style showers.
In the kitchen- entering my fall baking era. I am excited to make these Miso Pumpkin Cookies and these Savory Rosemary Scones.
In the garden- prepping to plant fall bulbs and of course I am always inspired by Erin Benzakein/Floret following their recommended varietals.
